Absolutely. We use a PCI DSS certified card-linking partner to process enrolments. We only store the last 4 digits of your card for recognition purposes. Your full card number, CVV, and billing details never touch our servers. The connection between your card and our loyalty program uses bank-grade tokenisation.

We currently support all Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards issued in Canada. Prepaid cards and gift cards are not eligible for point accumulation. American Express support is coming soon — join the waitlist on our contact page.

Points typically appear within 2–5 minutes of your transaction being processed. In rare cases during high network load, it may take up to 24 hours. You'll receive an email notification as soon as points are credited to your account.

Yes! You can link up to 3 cards to a single account. All linked cards will earn points for the same membership profile, so your tier progress accumulates regardless of which card you use on any given day.

Bronze and Silver members' points expire after 12 months of account inactivity (no purchases). Gold members enjoy non-expiring points as long as they make at least one purchase every 18 months. We'll always send you a reminder email before any expiry occurs.
